These projects explore color, ritual, memory, and collective presence, creating environments meant to be encountered rather than observed. Each work responds to its setting and invites reflection, participation, and connection.
Winter and Fall 2025
For this immersive Gala, I designed and then, with help from my co-chair and the event committee, transformed the Shriner Auditorium event center into two striking worlds--Fire and Ice. The center was divided down the middle of the space and guests moved between two distinct "worlds". The design featured two tunnels guests could enter through: one was the icy passage and the other was a dramatic fire tunnel. Additionally, we added an "igloo" seating area as well as a 10 ft volcano.

The Alchemy of Color was an art exhibit about transformation through art, drawing inspiration from ancient alchemical processes where raw elements become something luminous and new. Each piece was carefully selected and placed through close collaboration with the artists, allowing color, material, and emotion to guide the exhibition’s flow. The result was an intentional, layered experience where art, space, and craftsmanship came together as one.

This year’s Día de los Muertos work focused on honoring memory through tradition, art, and community. I collaborated with local organizations and families to create altars that blended cultural elements with deeply personal stories. Each space became an offering—not just of remembrance, but of connection.
